1) Fill out your professional profile in detail (and upload a professional profile picture) so that potential clients have detailed information regarding your expertise. We also promote the most complete and impressive profiles on social media and our blog, so that potential clients can more easily find and hire those professionals.
2) Share your profile on social media and email with your friends, relatives, and acquaintances (who often will then share your profile with others they know, who may be looking to hire somebody with your expertise). You’d be surprised by how many people (including friends of friends) may be looking for someone with your expertise but, until now, did not have an easy way to quickly find, and hire, an expert like you at the exact time they need.
3) Keep your availability up to date – you will only show up in searches on days for which you have available time blocks for clients to bid on. You can add individual days/time of availability from your schedule page or recurring availability from your dashboard page.
